Arranging honeymoons is one of our specialities, and we have no hesitation in recommending Zanzibar as a honeymoon destination par excellence.
Not least amongst our reasons for this is the issue of cost. Even for something as special as a honeymoon, no budget will ever be unlimited. However in contrast to many other similar tropical paradises, most budgets can be catered for on Zanzibar. The price per night that you might pay may vary by a factor of ten or more - but the quality of your experience will lie within much closer bounds than this.
After coming all this way, it would be a shame not to experience the other delights that Africa has to offer - not least of which is that of big game viewing, out on safari. Lastly, we can usually arrange one or more special treats for you whilst on honeymoon - a special honeymoon suite, romantic dinner on the beach, sunset cruise , and so on.

Located on the beach named as one of the top 30 in the world by Conde Nast Traveller Magazine, Baraza Beach resort will not disappoint.
Stone Town ($150 pppn)
Beyt al Chai is a small boutique hotel situated right in the centre of Stone Town, and regarded by many as their number one choice of where to stay.
Zanzibar East ($300 pppn)
An excellent large-resort type of hotel, set on Zanzibar's Eastern coast, with every sort of facility that you could wish for.
Zanzibar South ($111 pppn)
Largest (and cheapest) of the three hotels in the Breezes/Palms/Baraza chain, all situated on this most secluded of Zanzibar's beaches.
Chumbe Island ($260 pppn)
A genuine 'eco-lodge', situated on the magical Chumbe Island, a coral island located just six miles from Zanzibar, and reached by boat.
Zanzibar South ($150 pppn)
A romantic and secluded beach lodge on the south east coast of Zanzibar Island. Not at all overawed by its neighbouring big-name neighbours.
Zanzibar North ($75 pppn)
An inexpensive family-run beach hotel, situated only a short walk from most of Nungwi's activities.
Zanzibar West ($100 pppn)
Not far from Stonetown, Fumba offers a wide range of activities and a great beach.
