Zanzibar is the ideal destination for a beach holiday - either as a relaxing extension to an exciting big-game safari, or simply as a holiday in its own right.

Largest (and cheapest) of the three hotels in the Breezes/Palms/Baraza chain, all situated on this most secluded of Zanzibar's beaches.
Chumbe Island ($260 pppn)
A genuine 'eco-lodge', situated on the magical Chumbe Island, a coral island located just six miles from Zanzibar, and reached by boat.
Zanzibar South ($150 pppn)
A romantic and secluded beach lodge on the south east coast of Zanzibar Island. Not at all overawed by its neighbouring big-name neighbours.
